Which tires are covered?
Applies to new replacement General Tire passenger and light truck tires purchased on or after February 1, 2025 from an authorized dealer. Original equipment (OE) tires are not included.
What is Road Hazard Coverage?
Covers tires damaged by road hazards, like nails or potholes.
Does not cover OE tires, repairable punctures, misuse, or tires used in competition.
This coverage is goodwill protection, not a guarantee that your tire won’t fail.
Is there mileage coverage?
Select tires are covered up to 75,000 miles, depending on the tire line.
What if I’m not satisfied with my tire?
Replacement tires are eligible for a 45-day satisfaction guarantee, or until the first 2/32" of treadwear, whichever comes first.
Which tires are not eligible?
Original Equipment tires
Tires used in competition
Commercial, fleet, police, or emergency vehicles
Tires on vehicles normally operated outside the U.S. or Canada
Can I purchase warranty coverage?
No, we do no sell warranty coverage.
How do I make a claim?
Return to the authorized dealer with your tire and proof of purchase. The dealer will inspect and process your claim.
